Founded in 1997 in Sioux Lookout, Ontario, Oshtugon Computers Inc. (Oshtugon) began as a local computer store serving the community and the broader Northwestern region. We quickly grew into the area’s leading electronics retailer, a journey that included becoming a franchisee for Radio Shack and later, The Source by Circuit City.
Through key partnerships with Superior Wireless (now Tbaytel), we expanded to become the number-one provider of cell phones and accessories. Our commitment to growth led us to open a Dryden location, extending our reach across Northwestern Ontario.
Today, Oshtugon operates three stores, including a dedicated Appliance and Furniture store in Sioux Lookout. We are proud to bring our customers trusted brands for their home and life, including Samsung electronics, and Serta and Beautyrest mattresses, featuring the innovative iComfort collection.
In January 2023, a new chapter began as Oshtugon was acquired by the First-Nations-owned TKG Group, ensuring we continue to serve our communities with the same dedication for years to come.
