In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right products for their homes by providing clear information on various models and features. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent service, maintaining an organized showroom floor, and ensuring that product displays are accurately priced and easy for shoppers to navigate. We value a straightforward, helpful approach that guides guests through their purchase without high-pressure tactics or overly technical language.
• Greet customers and identify their furniture and appliance needs
• Provide clear explanations of product features and benefits
• Maintain showroom appearance and update price tags as needed
• Coordinate with the delivery team to schedule customer orders
• Process transactions accurately using our point of sale system
